Our process is artisanal using traditional methods, always by hand as it has been done for years. We only grow coffee which is deemed as the superior bean known worldwide for its sweeter and smoother taste.

Finca EL CARRIEL’ is a 4th Generation coffee farm. For more than eight decades we have preserved an ancient tradition of planting coffee in the lands of Quindio, a Colombian state that is part of the “coffee axis” or “coffee triangle” area recognized by UNESCO as a World Coffee Cultural Heritage site. The entire year has the perfect climate and biodiversity for the growing coffee including soil, altitude, rainfall, and sunlight.
