Crafted bean-to-bar by Grand Danilo, a small Colombian chocolate maker in Palmira, Valle del Cauca, on the country’s Pacific side. Grand Danilo works with organic, fair-trade cacao — using agroforestry and drip irrigation — and creates jobs for rural youth and single mothers who head their households.
