Cauca es Cacao unites eight cacao growers from eight farms across eight towns in the department of Cauca, Colombia. Every bar is 70% cacao, yet each carries a subtly different texture and flavor that reveals the terroir of its farm.

Since 2018, public–private initiatives have helped Cauca’s farmers return to cacao after years of shifting crops. Each portion is transformed by hand by Afro-Colombian women of Colombia’s Pacific coast.

Presented in a decorated box featuring traditional imagery from the western Pacific region — a gift that tells a story.
